"Trying to go in to see the doctor because I have an ear infection that’s since developed into having a fever and got told to go to urgent because they’re seeing nobody with fevers, or seemingly just about any sick symptoms in general due to Covid. Unbelievable. Why do I even have doctors if I can’t see anyone when I’m sick with not covid? So frustrated last month I renewed my insurance for 2024 to stay here but next year I’m out. I’m just going to bitterly rot at home and hopefully recover out of pure spite, that’s so unfair to burden urgent with every redirected sickness during winter with flu and covid out when I’m sure they’re already inundated. Not being able to see your doctor because you’re sick???? Say what? What, do I have to only call for silly things like “my tummy hurts?” No. Tested negative for Covid."

"I've been a patient for many years and haven't had any issues. Dr. O'Neill is great, listens thoroughly and I never feel rushed during my visits. I don't call the office often; I use the portal and always get prompt responses."

"I am completely shocked at the horrible reviews that people are leaving for this practice. This is a very large practice, and in my opinion, they are very organized. Please keep in mind that Covid has affected EVERYONE. The people in this office get sick too you know, which means being short staffed a lot of the times because of it. People just don’t have patience or understanding anymore. I’ve been going to this office for almost 24 years and I find that if I am kind and respectful, I most likely get the same in return. My Dr O’Neill is an amazing doctor. He truly truly cares about his patients. And it’s not like an assembly line like some people are saying. In one of these reviews someone was saying something negative about the lab. There absolutely is a sign in sheet and the people in the lab are very kind. There aren’t many doctors offices that we can go to these days that have an actual lab on site, so I appreciate this very much. My doctor calls me in a very timely manner with test results, and if I call with a concern and ask to speak to my doctor personally, he will call me back by the end of day and sometimes at 7 PM at night. So maybe all of you people that are giving bad reviews for Enfield, medical associates are just not a good fit for this practice. If they don’t answer the phone, which I don’t know what you guys are talking about. Sometimes it’s a longer wait than normal because you know, doctors offices do you get busy. Can you imagine that?, then just call back. So many people these days feel so entitled to special treatment. It’s disgusting. If you don’t like it there, that’s your prerogative. Just move on to another practice instead of complaining about them and leave that spot open for a patient that will be appreciative of even being able to go to a doctor. I am aware that my review is long winded, but I’m very protective and loyal to people that are the same to me and my doctor and this practice has gotten me through some very tough times over the years and I’m very very appreciative for the care that I receive from Enfield medical associates."
