My only complaint was the long wait. It was a busy night but I watched people come after me go ahead of me. I was & still is having severe pain. Everyone was nice that I talked to."

They wouldn’t let me be seen or even engage in a rational intellectual conversation with me because I didn’t arrive half an hour early like they’d asked 24 hours ago (a highly unreasonable ask). The level of unprofessionalism is unparalleled. The entire office is disrespectful of their customers’(!) time and lacks empathy, professionalism, and rationality.
