"I have been going here for years with my family. Dr. Franklin is a wonderful doctor who explains things thoroughly. Please note, you'll be there a while. It's a busy place. When they ask you to show up-that's the time to arrive and not any sooner. It is nice to be able to have a hearing test at the same location. We've gone through ear tubes, ear surgeries, loss of hearing , vertigo, and tinnitus, etc. Dr. Franklin's therapies and understanding have been wonderful, and so has his staff!"

"Dr Franklin very well spoken explains all in way (words) understandable and not ever had too wait long in waiting room too go in frim waiting room!! Or wait long in exam rooms!! The nurses asst. In front real nice JUST NO NEGATIVE Words or actions have happened!! I've been going there approximately 3?? Years?? I will have gone back too him & plan too if I need too!!!
