Reviews
"No idea what those insane 1 star reviews are about. Been going here for close to 3 years and have had 0 issues."
"An APRN psychiatrist put me on Xanax for 12 solid years. Then they rapidly discontinued the xanax in 2 days because the APRN retired. All my panic attacks came back. My life has been destroyed with severe panic attacks now but they refuse to help me. For absolutely no reason. Beyond disgusting. They should be shut down permanently. They made my anxiety much MUCH WORSE."
"If you are a new patient you will never get an appointment... ever. You leave a message on an intake line that I assume auto-deletes your message. I called nearly three months ago, but never received a call back. I had a referral sent directly from my Uconn primary care doctor... no callback. I called the office and spoke directly to staff, but they could only forward my call to the intake dead-end line. I suggest they update their phone message and notify new patients they are no longer accepted, and perhaps give a list of the best local bridges for jumping..."
"If I could give this place a zero I would. My wife was having dizzy spells and we went here. What a bunch of dopes. No results, just BS. I took two years to finally find a doctor to help somewhere else. If you are dying, this is a great place to drop dead. The 1.4 rating is consistent."
"I've been here many times and it's always the same. Long waits and if your late they let you go. Very stressful environment because of having so many people working in a crowded space. My doctor can't get my meds straight or get me them in time. Will never go back."
