"I had reason to seek an opinion on a problematic shoulder injury. My self analysis suggested labium or rotator cuff injury but the extent was unclear. It had become a constant and at times elevated pain threshold. After consultation with the Orthopedics and PA's it was suggested that my symptoms had risen to a level of higher investigation. I was referred for an MRI which seemed totally appropriate. Of course my expectations were that there would be enough to consider surgery. To my surprise, and even though there was some tear visible the images showed heavy tendinitis and arthritis. In consultation the Dr and PA believed surgery would only elevate the condition and suggested I rest and slowly rehab for the next 3-6 months. I appreciated this advice as I avoid surgery unless the last and most beneficial option. There certainly was no rush to judgement or surgery. Thorough evaluation and complete discussion of cause and affect, procedures and potential outcomes and just simple and valuable discussion. Highly recommend this practice."

"Worst experience with Dr. CAPUTO AND HIS pA!!! I was scheduled to have surgery in Dec and went in October by appointment for a cortisone shot but PA refused to give me shot that day without getting an MRI. She was very rude and UNPROFESSIONAL, can say the same for Dr. CAPUTO. Now still in pain and frustrated I can't get an appointment to see another Ortho until next year! The whole staff is rude and has no empathy for your health concerns."

"was 5 stars until today. we've been through few surgeries under that group and things were just fine. Changed our insurance and they refused to take it or even see us. we were scheduled for a post-op visit and thought the doctor's priority would be to check on the patient's progress after he/she has been under his knife. we even offered to pay out of pocket but we were just told that they don't accept our insurance, which makes us uninsured from their perspective and didn't let us in. Besides billing/reception not bothering, we were reminded that after all the years of care (and thousands collected from us), we're just a number for them after all... thanks a lot!"
