"Injured my thumb and had it checked out here. After check-in, I had x-rays done and then saw a PA for less than 5 minutes. I was charged $3367 for all of this, just by the hospital itself. Not sure how they are allowed to get away with such a scam - $3300 for 5 minutes of a medical professional's time! Go here if you're rich or don't have a high deductible."
"Almost Never to long a wait at this ER. My daughter had trouble breathing. Doctors were knowledgable and gave clear information and orders. Nurses were caring, quick and very helpful. My children have some health issues. I've been going to this ER for over 15 years. Always dependable."
"Recently went there for hand and head tremors. The nurse and security guard were very nice. But the doctor basically said you're blood work is fine I think you have anxiety. Take this Ativan home and go to sleep. Did not do any type of Neurological testing. Meanwhile last year gave a family member a history and scientific reason about how bad medical marijuana is when he needs it for insomnia and anxiety. But yet will hand out an Ativan! Went to my my practitioner and even she could not believe how I was treated. On top of that they let me leave with high blood pressure."
"Doctors are great however the lady that checks you in Mellissa-Ann was incredibly rude. Asked if I had a ID, told her I did not have one on me it was In my truck. She rolled her eyes and said ok well with out your ID you will need to talk very loud since we are very busy. Said ok so I spoke alittle louder. She then asked why I was speaking loud. She asked who I came to the clinic with I stated myself. Again rolled her eyes and said not a good choice.. I came to get a Injury looked at, not be judged. Not a great way to treat people in pain."
