"I have been told by many doctors that I need to exercise. So I started walking. After a few months I worked my way up to 6 miles a day on the Airline Trail. This was great but I started getting numbness in my left when walking and pain after resting and standing. So my doctor sent me to PT. In a short time my therapist Kelly has me back on the trail. With her knowledge she worked the muscles and nerve that was causing the problem back to normal. Thanks Kelly, 2 consecutive 5 mile walks with no numbness or pain."
