"Very disappointed... Used to love going here and was very convenient and close to my home. Then all of a sudden my GP left and I was not assigned a new one. Next thing I know everyone's gone. I was told there are no physicians at the Naugatuck office anymore. So I guess they just left a bunch of patients with no where to go and not really any notice. That's nice to do to patients who have been going there for years..."

"Very unprofessional useless at front desk they talk to one another as if your not there they don’t care about their jobs very rude condescending poor work ethic just ignorant talk about patients after they leave the office and I believe the two uneducated people at front desk needs to be in back with the boxes and on top of that they tell ma today the office is shutting down for a few months that place is one of the most unprofessional places I’ve been to and yes I am reporting them to health department"

"I have been going there since 2017 and after looking for a primary Dr. I found Dr. Felix Dejesus and he is an amazing, caring and thorough Dr. He listens and will do what he can to get answers. I have many medical issues and if it wasn't for him I would not be here because the Drs affiliated with Trinity kept telling me my heart was fine but it wasn't. I hope to find a new Dr like Dr. Dejesus because he is moving out of state and I am devastated by this. He called me personally because he knew I woukd be upset if I got a letter like the other patients."

"Went to the ER last week and was told to follow up with my PCP. Tried to make an appointment and see if I needed to redo my blood work. Nurses (Alexis) did not know what to do, asking for help and calling me back to ask me the same questions, she basically said anything for me To get off the phone with her. I waited at the lab for my lab slip that was never called in, for her to just say I need a lab slip from someone else and stated I haven’t seen the MD in awhile. That’s why I needed a follow up appointment that was never made. Wasted my time. As a medical assistant this was not how things should’ve been handled. Felix De Jesus Roman MD needed to follow up with me and failed to do so after my ER visit. Very Disappointed."
