"Terrible place. My mom has been going there for a whole year, complained about a bloated spot on her left side of the stomach, the doctor avoided her for over a year. After a year, he says that it’s Tumor and she should get it checked out by a specialist. He said they sent her records to the hospital in Waterbury, but now month later, the hospital still can’t get the records from them in order to get my mom checked out. They only care to make money, not their patients. Do not waste your time going there. This place is awful, this place should close down. They are not taking patients seriously."

"STAY AWAY! This place is a joke…not professional, bad care, no one listens. Every single time I have to call I get a receptionist who is terribly rude!! Getting a new script is near impossible! I’m sick of the doctor rudely telling me how I should lose weight…yet all of the workers are extremely overweight women!! Doctors rooms are dirty, nurses are dismissive. More than one occasion I have been waiting for my own appointment (they care constantly “running behind” mind you) and have witnessed the manager whip around the corner to the front desk…surprise surprise she is an overweight rude person!! I saw her yell and dismiss someone, claiming that they were not conducting themselves properly. Let me tell you she was wearing tights and long John’s as a shirt! No pants!! Left little to the imagination…spare yourself. Can’t seem to keep staff. I have seen secretary “vape” when on the phone!! Seriously doesn’t get any better Han this people…oh and they sent me to collections over a 30 dollar balance…that I was never told about…the list goes on. Well I hope you people regret pushing away a long standing patient, I will be taking my family along with me elsewhere…it is there loss. Big time. As a born and raised member of the town of prospect I recommended staying away, this place caters to Waterbury trash!! They are illegally holding my records / and will be dealt with."

"I wish I could post NO STARS. Was a patient of Dr Edwards since he opened his own office/practice. (decades) I miss Dr Edwards & Judy terribly! They ran a professional and caring office. The new "TAKE - OVER" is a nightmare! Worst staff of people in healthcare. I just read all the reviews and see it's not only me that thinks this. No labs called in, no tests scheduled, rude staff, among a host of other problems that the staff just laughs at and blows off and when I mentioned it to Dr McQueen he said I was the "troublemaker." Was running late for my appointment today and called to say I would be there but receptionist said, you need to reschedule. After just enduring a heart-attack and having some alarm values in bloodwork, this was a grave decision."

"The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the doctors are nice. I've had multiple issues with referrals, prescriptions, communication about test results, return calls, etc. The latest issue I only discovered because my insurance went me a letter that I needed something done before the end of the year. I call the office because I did this test in the beginning of the year and guess what...no record of it. I never got any results from the test but that's the norm, so I didn't think about it too much. I'm definitely leaving this office now."
