"Holy cow I wish I read her reviews before trying to schedule a session with her. She rescheduled my child’s appointment roughly 2 hours before it was supposed to start without even asking if the new time/date worked for us. Tried to join the call on the new date and couldn’t check into her virtual waiting room because it required a passcode that we were never given. People like this have zero business working as counselors for people with various mental health issues like anxiety."

"Like the other reviews say. She kept canceling. First session was supposed to be in person, but she requested it be on video call. Second time she asked me the day of to come in earlier which I could not. Third time she tells me she has to cancel due to car problems. This is extremely unprofessional."

"I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my time and hurting my kids who she is supposed to be helping!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL TO LEAVE 2 CHILDREN ON TELEHEALTH FOR 30 min after she was the one who cancelled in person and made it telehealth!! Some points that have already been made, I would love to provide a ZERO star. She missed showing up in the very first session which was SUPPOSED TO BE IN PERSON THAT SHE CHANGED TO VIRTUAL AND DIDN'T SHOW up and also didn't respond til midday the next day!! Then cancelled our second appointment 2 hours prior and said she was having car trouble tried to reschedule appointment, never responded to emails. These are kids, you should lose your license!! RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL. My boys were so upset, my kids are worth getting a better therapist, at this point I would advise EVERYONE TO GET A BETTER THERAPIST!! She clearly she cant even show up or communicate which is her job! Is this seriously your profession, clearly Rachael should reconsider how she treats her patients!!"

"Extremely unprofessional. I would have loved to provide a zero star. She missed showing up in the very first session which was virtual. When I called her it reached her voicemail. I emailed her and she hasn't responded. I canceled my son's soccer class for this session and this is what I got. Then in the 3rd Face to face session when I traveled 20 miles and reached there on a cold evening with my kid and my infant, her office was closed and we had to drive another 20 miles back home. Again the same thing, no response to calls but this time she responded back after 15-20 mins that she was sick and has sent me an email about it to make it virtual (which I never received). With my previous therapists they always call back in 5-10 mins if I don't join. I am unsure why she hasn't followed that. I believe she has achieved a lot professionally and no longer needs new patients. My son was very upset with the experiences. No more going back to her. I have the value of my time and energy & it's not a free service. My son is worth getting a better therapist for him."

"I would rate a zero if I could! Last minute reschedules, offers of virtual visits with invites that never came. Awful, she obviously doesn't care."
