I was having issues with the office in Springfield at 50 Maple Street Springfield, MA so I called the Westfield office and spoke with a woman by the name of Janice, who went above and beyond to assist me. She was able to get me an appointment immediately and helped me cancel all my remaining appointments from the Springfield office and scheduled them with the Westfield office. I also want to mention the amazing ultrasound technician Soku who performed my Echocardiogram. She was amazing and extremely friendly.
