"My name is David . I Was just there on 6/13/2023 for a 1pm appointment. All online registration was completed. . Due to lost ID. The little fella at the desk wouldn't even look at an expired ID that i had.. Nor would he give me a chance to show him the paper that the surgeon gave me to have the dentist fill out. . .He then profiled me and accused me as one who commits insurance fraud .. 4 surgeons and 4 different doctors all have taken my insurance card without issue. But not this fella unless I wanted to pay cash.He still had no clue why i was even there to begin with. Nope. Right from hello. He was terrible to me. Completely profiled me by my long hair and appearance. I can vote without an id. If I was an illegal. I could walk right in and say i was Johnny bravo with masshealth and NO ID and that would be fine. I'll get a new ID. So I can get my teeth out for a major full hip replacement surgery. But I want you all to know this. I'm basically restricted most days to a wheelchair. It took 18 months to get this far . that included quitting smoking after 43 years and 2 packs a day. 28 days out from my surgery and this prejudice guy at the desk stopped it all in its tracks. . But you will never treat or talk me like a second class citizen AGAIN. Was it the camo jacket and hat that did it? Or the smell of my cologne? Most likely my long hair played a part as well didn't it ?? Didn't it? I intend on filing an ethics complaint and possible civil suite. Nobody deserves to be treated that way. UPDATE. Then you send me a text saying I missed my appointment???? No I was there 20 EARLY. The fella athe front desk was to busy accusing me of being an insurance FRAUDER to at least file that i was there. UPDATE. New England orthopedics rehabilitation in feeding hills just told me that they have ZERO. Issues with my no current ID. So thats 4 surgeons. 4 doctors. Rehabilitation and Many ER visits to baystate noble. But not at baystate dental. Don't tell me he didnt profile and accuse me. I will definitely be filing suit against this office and him."

"(Cleaning only appt) after 6+ years of being afraid to go to the dentist I was astonished at how great they did on my cleaning. Explained everything very well before performing each part of the cleaning and it was pain free! I would recommend anyone with fear to not worry about this office. Katelyn 5 ⭐ for the work."
