"Carole-Anne Hicks worked on my injured heel and ankle for 3 months. Her full body and mind approach to curing my pain is incredible. Though the issue is not resolved (I am having surgery to repair a torn Achilles) I feel better prepared for the post surgery rehab and hope that Carol-Anne will be available to work with me then"
"Very accommodating hours. Jen has been nothing short of a miracle! Restoring mobility I haven't had in over 3 years."
"I've had 3 knee surgeries over the last 4 years and have gone to MotionPT for rehab every time. They are fantastic. Every therapist has done a great job of getting me back up and running. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs PT."
"My experience was absolutely horrific! I was treated with total disrespect. I was called to the bike by someone who had no idea how to set up the bike for me was told to peddle never mind that I couldn't get my foot in the peddles or the seat was too far back for the length of my legs getting the girls attention was difficult as she was more interested in texting on her phone she finally helps me hands me a timer and proceeds to lay on one of the beds and continue texting on her phone my timer goes off and she comes over and says go to kit or Kat not sure which neither one made sense as I had no idea who either one was once I made it to the other table someone came over never introduced herself just started doing things with no regard to me what so ever I had no idea what she was doing she paid no attention to the pain I was in stopped frequently to take messages from her phone held conversations with the assistant and other people in the room while she was working with me gave me exercises to do and then walked away to continue her conversations or answer her phone paying no mind to me if I was doing the exercises right or wrong then they started making fun of her next patient how she didn't want to work with them. We finally finished with a walk around the floor she grabbed my purse and sent me on my way no instructions on what to do next no offer of ice to help with the pain I was in she just wanted to back to her conversations and phone. No concern if I was ok nothing. Totally unprofessional total disrespect and left me questioningI the level of care. I will not go back to this office!"
"Warm wonderful staff. Very knowledgeable. Very helpful scheduling dept. With Claire’s help and guidance, after only a week my back is already feeling better."
