"one of the worst place to try to get in too they will have excuses after excuses why they have to keep changing ur appointment or cancel ur appointment that u had for a month they had 4 excuses that they had to change or cancel my appointment because the doc there is to dam lazy and doesn't want to do there job. Someone is gone be either in the hospital or die because they don't want to do there job"

"The staff was very pleasant and helpful over the phone, however, the day of my appointment I learned it was cancelled on their end and the earliest day they could see me is 5 months from now. Kind of a silly business practice."

"I’ve been visiting CHWC for over 2 years now for behavioral health and cannot say enough good things about my care and the staff here. Everytime I call, the receptionists are extremely understanding and friendly. When my bill was becoming overwhelming, they worked with me to provide a solution and worked with me to set up a payment plan but reiterated they would never deny me service because I could not pay right away. The behavioral health specialists I see are unmatched to any others I have dealt with at other practices. I highly recommend for behavioral health."

"The dental office is awesome. But the rest of the staff is indifferent, cant be bothered. No one ever answers the phone. They disappear for hours on lunch. In one year my pcp has changed 3 times. Getting the attention you need here is unlikely."
