"I called this number looking for help. Apparently it is the wrong number and leads to a woman, who unfortunately did not provide the care I was looking for. This is all okay, but then she proceeded to be really rude to me, saying she couldn't help me in a shrill tone. She then proceeded to hang up the phone without allowing me to say anything or ask any questions. Alternatively, I wish she had at least provided me with the correct contact information, or maybe even provided me somewhere else to look. I thank my lucky stars I am not a person on the brink in need of serious help, because this would've strongly discouraged me otherwise. Overall very upset with the first impression I have had of this establishment."
