"I’ve never seen a doctors office that doesn’t answer the phone, goes straight to voicemail, then I always have to wait for a month n a half for an appointment, it’s horrible who’s running this mockery???"
"It doesn't even deserve one star, not one! Act in bad faith! I went to that dental center and asked to do a dental cleaning, they said you can only do it if you do a $160 evaluation first! I paid for that review! And they do it on the same day! And when I leave and request the cleaning, he tells me that it is only available for 2, 3, 4 months onwards!!! I booked 2 months later! On the day of the cleaning they had the ability to call canceling at short notice!!! after waiting 2 months!! And you still have the nerve to tell me that it's only available 5 months later!!! Absurd place!!!! To pay for the evaluation, do it right away, but to do the cleaning, it's almost a year later???? Why don't they talk before paying a useless evaluation just to rob us!!!! Because if you said it was going to take so long, we wouldn't do the evaluation and look for another place!! Now after paying 160$ thrown in the trash! and I DIDN'T do the job I went looking for, they force us to be at their mercy to do the cleaning when they see fit!!!! That is, he acted in a lot of ma fe!!! I feel cheated and robbed!!!!"
"They don’t even deserve a 1 star. So long story short I broke a tooth and ended up with an abscess. I went to the er to have it looked at and they sent me here.. worst mistake. I arrived to be told I’m most likely will have to come back in a few hours even though they knew I was on my way from the er. Then they bring me back for X-rays.. omg when I say pain. The nurse took this metal thing and was shoving it as hard as she could into my mouth while I’m crying saying please stop it hurts I can’t bite down. She continues to do it. As this is going on the dr is whispering in the hall about me bc I’m a diabetic and when I went to the hospital after not eating for 2 days my sugars were high so they gave me insulin and my face was red.. he continued to whisper about me to where I could hear them. I knew I had a few broken teeth and I have high anxiety so it was rough for me to even be there. He told me I needed to see a different dentist and sent me on my way with amoxicillin.. I leave with my face 10x more swollen then it was when I arrived. In even more pain then when I left the hospital. This was was the worst! Never again.. and I did go to a new dentist to have 8 teeth removed instead of the 4 they caused even more pain and damage to my mouth!"
"Had a telehealth appointment, called the office before the appointment as I didn't receive the code, no reply, 8 min after the appointed time a lady called saying the doctor is running late but would call me shortly. I waited for one hour, no call. Next day on the patient portal - the visit was canceled by the patient in less than 24 hours. After many attempts to call the office, finally someone picked up the phone, I spoke with the supervisor, who said that they called me but I never picked up the phone. I explained that they called once, I did pick up the phone and was told that the doctor was running late. She said, no, you said that you did not have any appointment that day! All that was said in a rude manner. Whatever I tried to say, she was interrupting me raising her voice. Zero stars customer care."
"Been coming here almost my entire life and the quality of care and service just seems to be going down. some of the receptionists make extremely difficult to make a appointment or even ask a doctor a question ( I would like to not feel like I’m being judge when I have a personal health question). The past 3 times I went I was seen by 3 different doctors and they all tried to get me to do test that weren’t necessary and expensive ( I have no insurance) which can be a little stressful, I have also been told by different doctors that I have medical issues that’s never even been mentioned to me prior and would end up with another doctor would telling me it’s wrong/false which is ridiculous ( I get a lot of them are still in school, but the diagnosis they’ve tried to give me in the past have caused a lot of stress and anxiety just to find out it was wrong). The nurses on the other hand are absolute gems! I have never had a negative experience with one, always had ones that were kind, caring and compassionate."
