"Worst emergency room I’ve ever been in . And I’ve spent a lot of time in emergency rooms . Absolutely incompetent. A simple IV is a constant struggle with alarms that go unanswered . I’m not kidding The bedding is filthy in some cases . His this place is allowed to continue I. The manner that they are is an embarrassment to the medical field in NY . I’d love to see doctors have to go through this ER ."

"How or why is this hospital still operable? The reviews speaks volumes. This hospital needs to be investigated for malpractice and negligence. The manner on which patients are being treated is disgraceful and inhumane. I am guessing reviews do not mean a thing. Reporting to the boards on professionalism and ethics is the only logical response I suppose."

"I came here despite the bad reviews & that was a BIG mistake ! I Told the receptionist I had ear pain & she registered me. After waiting 5 hours, The doctor looked in my ear said it was swollen but they can’t do tests to see what the potential cause is & how she has to refer me to an ENT …??? Okay so shouldn’t the staff at the front know that my concerns can’t be treated here since they don’t test for that here?? Okay so then she proceeds to say I need to come back if my paint worsens because they have an ENT on call for “emergencies”. So basically my ear pain isn’t extreme enough for an ENT to come examine me but if it gets worse I have to wait enough 6 hours or possibly more another day to see an ENT when I was just there today. This place is a joke & the doctor had a smart remark for all my questions 0/10 don’t recommend!!!"

"This is the absolute worst hospital. Endless wait times for surgical patients. Asking the nurses for any information is completely pointless as their response is always “I don’t know.” Broken equipment they don’t replace. They don’t keep you updated, they don’t provide doctors or surgeons to speak to while you’re waiting. Bring your loved ones anywhere else. Most frustrating hospital experience you can possible imagine."

"I was lied to and beaten while having a mental health emergency. I was administered medication without consent also. If you are having a mental health problem do not waste time coming here because it will only make it worse."
