"I went to the store with my parents today, who were looking to buy walking shoes. The staff was very professional and recommended a few different models. My parents had to try multiple sizes (and for multiple times) before they felt certain which pair fit better, and the staff was super patient. I also bought my running shoes in the store a few months ago and had good experience then. I'm really happy that we have a good sneaker store in the neighborhood."

"If no stars were an option I would have chosen it. I went in to sell shoes, first of all they made me wait over an hour just to tell me my shoes were fake when they weren’t. After attempting to show receipts and proof that I they were legit, he continued to use a non valid method of legit checking by checking the box lid only. This amateur method should not be utilized by one who runs a sneaker store. As a reseller myself, I know proper ways to check and this is not one. Because lighting and OPINION, this can sway this false method. When he asked his colleague, his colleague said that there was no difference but he repeatedly continued to accuse me of selling fakes. When I asked him to use a black light, he refused to (showing he is an amateur and has not a single idea of what he’s doing)and continued to say that the box was messed up. This is when I decided to walk out of the store as they not only wasted my time but my patience as well. Please refrain from shopping because if you’re spending $300+ on a pair of Jordan’s you deserve the peace of mind knowing that you are buying from experienced, responsible resellers who are capable of recognizing the difference between real and fake. If a store is too broke to buy sneakers then just say you’re not interested rather than waste time and use fake methods of legit checking. Please shop anywhere else but here!"
