"My assistant Austin greeted me upon my entrance. I explained exactly what I was looking for and he led me in the right direction. He showed me many different options available. All types of brands. He also made some recommendations that I liked. Regarding the color of the suit that I knew I wanted. And a shirt and tie to match it perfectly. Austin was extremely friendly and professional. He was very patient as I made choices upon his recommendations. The transaction was successful. I went into the store knowing what I wanted. And my assistant Austin put together a great set for me. I definitely recommend the mens warehouse on Central Park avenue in Scarsdale. Ask for Austin you will not be disappointed!"

"Walked into the store and multiple employees were hanging out by the register. They argued amongst themselves over who will be the one to help our group. The person who came over was inexperienced and Ill prepared. He did not listen to what our needs were and was about to start showing us options that were the opposite of what we asked for. Needless to say the customer service was lacking and the team there does not instill confidence that you will get the appropriate item or a quality product. Try a different MW location or a different store all together."

Justin helped us to purchase just the right tuxedo for my son. George, another Sales Associate was instrumental in helping to select accessories to stylized my son, so that he looked his absolute best on Prom night.
