"Why would anyone drive to Com-Fit Shoes from New York City to buy shoes? Well, both my wife and I have shoe issues or maybe feet issues that make it difficult to buy comfortable shoes in New York City! As a result after attempting to find comfortable fitting shoes in sizes 11 & 12, we returned to our favorite shoe store in Westchester and with Andy’s assistance, we were able to buy a great selection of shoes for work, recreation and travel. Between us and with Andy’s help, we must have tried on over twenty pairs of shoes! Andy was incredibly helpful and treated us as if we were the only customers in his store! And after we purchased at least 5 pairs of shoes, we were impressed by how reasonable they cost! If you are lucky to live in or near their Scarsdale store, you won’t have so far to travel, however you will have the benefit of Andy and his other expert salespeople!"

"BUYER BEWARE! Do not shop at this store. I recently brought a pair of shoes and it was uncomfortable to wear and I didn’t wear them and wanted to return them for a larger size which they didn’t have . All they did was offer me store credit. 82.00 if store credit. As a new customer, and since they didn’t have the next size up I would have thought they would give me my money back but no. They offer no returns only store credit so you are forced to go back and shop at their store to use the money. I feel this is completely unacceptable. Do not shop at this store unless you want your money taken. Whose ever heard of a shoe store that doesn’t give you your money back if you’re unhappy with the shoe. This is a rip off. Do not go here."

"Comfit shoes is a terrific place for hard to find sizes and widths. The owner Bill and his staff are extremely helpful and patient with thier customers. I have awkward feet and they found shoes that fit me great. I enjoy going to Comfit shoes for thier large selection of hard to find sizes and widths."
