"I absolutely love the clothes in Torrid. They're pretty pricey, so I suggest using any coupons or shopping any sales you can to get the best bang for your buck. I used a Birthday reward and shopped a 50% off tops sale and only paid $14 or so for a shirt that would normally be $45. The employees were very nice as well."
"I came here this morning and I am disappointed in the customer service that I received. When I walked in, the cashier was too engaged in conversation with her friend to even greet my husband and I. After being in the store, two other employees emerged from the back and didn't greet us as well. I went to ask for a price on an item, and I seemed to be bothering one of the employees that was just slumped over the counter texting on her phone. No one asked if we needed help or anything. I just put the clothes that I had back, and left. If you want great customer service, I suggest you steer clear of this location, and visit the Meriden location."
