"For the life of me, I’ll never understand why the staff needs to spray the fitting room so aggressively with deodorizer. 3 different times I’ve come to this H&M and Ive have to walk out of the fitting room because the spray smell is so strong. It’s truly ridiculous. The last time I came here it didn’t even smell bad and the girl was spraying non stop in each room. Completely unnecessary. Won’t be coming back."

"I'm standing in a very long line with at least 15 people. There is one cashier ringing people out. The manager is on the floor straightening racks as is at least one other employee that I see. I've worked retail before and employees have time to straighten racks once the doors close for the evening. The manager has looked at this ridiculous line numerous times and continued to straighten racks. No one called anyone else to help ring up people at the register. At the end of the day, the total sales for the store is more important than straightened racks. EVERY manager knows this. But I guess when your employees (and manager) are trying to leave at the same time the store closes, you shift focus to cleaning instead of revenue."

"Ann Marie, and all of the girls were very friendly and accommodating. Seems they have something for every occasion. Store is very organized which makes the experience so much easier! My daughter found just what she wanted for her homecoming. We will definitely be back for future occasions!"

"The store is massive. I think basically they do more of clothes cause when I visited today everything I saw was clothings for adults and children. I must confess they really do have great stuff and I enjoyed what I bought. I noticed they also have lots of fitting rooms so you don’t have to queue for fitting. The staffers where very friendly and responsive. There’s also a wheelchair accessible entrance here."
