"DON’T DROP OFF YOUR RETURNS HERE! I dropped off Adidas Samba shoes for return, and the staff printed the return form, explaining that they would handle the return. However, when I checked the tracking number sent to my email a day later, it wasn't active. I informed the store, and they suggested checking back in 1-3 days. Fifteen days later, the tracking number remains inactive. I processed my refund through email support, but that, too, is taking an extended time. I suspect a staff member might have taken the shoes without returning them. Now, I'm stuck in a frustrating loop trying to secure my refund. The overall experience has been quite disheartening."

"Finish Line is a great store to buy your footwears and sneakers, especially Nike sneakers. The place is clean and calm. The workers where very helpful and polite when I visited. The prices is also moderate as opposed to some sports wear stores. There’s a wheelchair accessible entrance. Will definitely visit again ."

This is a warning to all, Champs, Journeys, and Footlocker has great shoes and staff. This finish line was full of miscommunication and did not want to help me when they also charged me the wrong price for shoes on "sale" I later realised I not only wasn't refunded the difference, but months later a $50 charge on my Visa card I only authorized for shoes NOT for a magazine subscription. Hope this helps."
