"This is the only place I buy jeans. Gone back and forth between brands forever, but I'm sold on Lucky. 363 Vintage Straight. All day."
"Order is never right and food is pretty gross."
"I went into this store yesterday and was browsing jeans in the same area as two white women. The two white women received plenty of attention from employees from the get go, they asked the women if they needed more sizes while they were in the fitting room, came back several times to check in on them and told them to request and try on as many different sizes as they needed. I browsed in the same section as they did, visibly next to them and not once did an employee direct a single word to me. I struggled to get clothes from the high up racks and nobody offered to help. I used the fitting rooms and nobody checked in on me, etc. I hate to say it, but it’s unbelievable that in 2023 you can walk into a store and experience customer service so differently from another person simply because of the color of your skin. I’m disappointed because I’ve been a customer of this brand for many years, but yesterday I decided not to give this establishment my money or business out of principle and I intend on not shopping at any LB store again. I encourage you as a company to offer some courses on DEI and racial biases to your employees. Do better. I can’t see any reason as to why the employees offered customer service to these women and not to me other than racial bias. I was there and witnessed these women browsing - they didn’t specifically request the employees’ help but the employees approached them and offered them all sorts of assistance very clearly and never once offered any assistance to me. The women did not ask them any questions or seem like they needed assistance, in fact, I was visibly struggling to reach items on the racks at several points and clearly needed assistance but nobody approached me. So again, there seems to be no other explanation as to the stark difference in customer service. The store was not busy either so I cannot say the employees had their hands full, they clearly did not."
"Small store tucked into the outlets, haven’t had a bad experience at the store besides items being out of stock in my size. Be sure to hit the clearance rack for amazing quality jeans for more than 50% off! I got a beautiful pair of dark wash denim skinny jeans for $15 and they were originally $80! I wish they had more shirts that promoted the Lucky Brand instead of generic graphic tees"
"I have been to this location multiple times and every time I've had exceptional customer service. All the sales associates are helpful, polite and complimentary. I purchase quite a bit of clothing from this store because I love the brand, but also because I feel comfortable shopping there."
