"This place has the worst staff, the place is gross, rugs have stains on them, no one ever ask to help and they ignore everyone, and god forbid you dress down then the staff looks down on you or thinks you’re stealing, not worth headache, I go here to grab stuff for my staff in my medical office but not anymore, these people should be ashamed of themselves!! "Went there to buy a bag for my mother, found what I was looking for. I browsed for some jewellery, got it billed and just before I left the store, I saw the “manager” be VERY RUDE to a woman whose English wasn’t her strongest suit. This manager was also sorta weird with me when I had questions about the jewellery. That ruined my whole experience! Felt like she was not cordial with the woman and me based on the colour of our skin. This is how I felt."

"Came in to find a new purse. Came in to a lot of different selections. Handheld, backpacks, crossovers. Different colors, different shapes. A woman helped me right away, heard what I wanted, and made suggestions. Even showed me the 70 percent off selections. I put on the purse, tried it out, and purchased it. Like this outlet. Always clean, large space to move around."
