"+2 stars for the wonderful service I've received here in the past. -3 stars for the overbearing girl with glasses. She wouldn't leave me alone to shop. I ended up just buying a pair of sunglasses and leaving. I want to be a customer, not your friend. I most likely will go to Milford or Waterford next time, both are within 25 minutes of this store."

"Hello hi good morning I walked into this location the other day shopping looking for deals I walked in and I said hello to the worker over there. I said hello and the girl did not even look at me or my boyfriend. She looked right passed us and said hello to a group of straight white people walking in. I was shocked and angry. I decided to leave the store. Never going back until they apologize. Because i was about to spend a lot of money there but that ruined my day!"

"Really horrible service and I’ve been shopping at zumiez for a very long time. Brought my daughter to check out new boards as the last time we went we had an awesome experience building her first board this go around was completely shocking. The women working there were inconsiderate and didn’t take the customer comes first mentality and couldn’t be bothered and more so were about scolding my daughter versus letting her know how to do things the right way. Won’t be coming here unless there is a change in the staff."

"Stopped in looking for a new pair of sneakers, the young man helping me out was super accommodating because hey I changed my mind a few times & wanted to try on each pair :) finally decided on a super cute pair of checkered Van's. I was shopping with my son and his friends, the young salesman took time to help all of us and continue to check on us despite it being almost closing time."

"Best place to shop hands down. If you're not into that kind of style, I suggest start now because they have one of the BEST customer service managers in the building. His name is Thomas and he definitely has the charisma, attitude and personality to being customers, keep customers and satisfy employees. I am constantly in there for him to reset my watch which has absolutely nothing to do with what they stand for, however, I guess he provides satisfaction for all and that makes it so much more rewarding to enter this store. Thanks again, Thomas for being so wonderful every time I come in."
