"I had ordered from their printing center and went to pick up. They have their Amazon drop off and all other shipping services at the copy print center without differentiating services needed. I waited in line for AN HOUR while there were 2 people working behind the desk. All to just pick up materials I had ordered and paid for online. Maybe have all online pickups, printing or otherwise, at the online order pickup counter!"
