"Would be giving ZERO stars if I could. Horrible customer service. I received a gift card for mother's day and tried to spend it today. They said there was "No money on the card, and when investigated further discovered it "Wasn't activated by the sales associate." The manager Marie forced me to email them a picture of the bank transaction from my son which I did and they are now giving me the run around saying "that it may not be sufficient" and they may need to investigate further. Not sure how it will play out...but buyer beware. Do not purchase gift cards from the store located within the Westchester Mall. There won't be any money attached to the card even though you paid."
