"Tried to support local, small business but not impressed. The service leaves so much to be desired. The service is supposed better than that of a big box store but not for us. From appts not being available for weeks, service appt cancellations, and long service windows (5 hours) on day of appt without any 15min courtesy notice that they are enroute. We are in process of building new home and will be reconsidering this next appliance purchase."

"Bought a appliance from them still under warranty when a part needed to be replaced repair man came to check it out said he would call when part was in to repair wks later never heard back so tried to called but hard to do when they block your number !! Real professional *responding to your response* August 9th is when your repair was here and was to call to set up a time to come back and replace part Never heard back tried calling over and over kept getting a " busy signal" had someone call phone was answered right away ! It's been over a month and now you want to try to fix the situation because of a review but Not one phone call was made to me about actually fixing my broken appliance thanks but no thanks If you wanted to keep good with your reputation as a business owner you would have made sure it was fixed when promised or even a phone call to say otherwise ."

"Purchased expensive front loading washer and dryer from this company thinking I would be helping out a small business. After 14 months of ownership, literally just a couple of months out of warranty the dryer broke. The company was unwilling to work with me in any way to reduce the cost and charged me over 150 bucks to just look at the dryer and tell me it was broken. If you want to buy an appliance and have it break then have the company give you the middle finger when it breaks then this might be the place for you. Also they made me wait two weeks just so they could send someone over to tell me it’s broken and wanted me to wait much longer for them to repair it. I should have just shopped in a big box store. I will never give a penny to this company ever again."
