"I love this place in a pinch, but you need coupons or vouchers and a good sale or clearance to try and make paying for worth it. It does have a great selection of many items of different crafts, etc but again the price sometimes is truly outrageous when you live on a limited budget."

"Not the biggest Michaels I've been in, but the best!! I'm not just saying that because it's less than 5 miles from my house either. It's the staff. Take today for example, I went in looking for something I found online. The computer told me the store had it in stock, but try as I might I couldn't find it! I went up to Mary, who was working on the registers, she keyed the item number into her handheld and told me exactly where it was AND she got me someone to meet me there to help me look. Meg met me at the section I needed to be in and she showed me, on my phone, how to use my digital coupon. These 2 ladies have helped me find what I need to complete my project! And this is just an example of today's customer service. Everyone there, including the people I've spoken to in the Custom Framing Dept, has always been friendly, helpful, and positive!"
