"Drew was INCREDIBLE! We are a new family to the area and were in desperate need of a new mattress. He took his time (a LOT of time) for my husband to test out the mattresses on the show room floor. He was VERY knowledgeable of every single product. There wasn’t a question he didn’t know the answer to. We advised him of the back issues we both have, and he found literally the PERFECT fit. We ordered in the same moment (and felt no pressure to have to “make” our order with them”) and we were even offered to have it delivered in 2 days! This was not a salesman pitch kind of store. The woman that worked in there as well was VERY sweet and welcoming, personable, and also very knowledgeable. Mattress firm is lucky to have these individuals as employees. No wonder it’s a 5 star spot. They have something for everyone and all budgets."
