"Iron free dress shirts falsely advertised. Despite having labels that say iron free, the shirts come out of the dryer wrinkled and require ironing. The sales lady said that there is no such thing as an iron-free shirt. This too is false. I have several wonderful iron-free shirts from Paul Frederick, Brooks Brothers, and other companies. Customer service is horrible. I wanted to buy a Blazer but it was badly wrinkled. There was a steamer plugged in next to the cash register but I was told that it did not work. They then told me that there was one in the back but that no one knew how to use it. Frankly I think they were lying just because it was towards the end of the day and they didn't want to start up the steamer. Avoid the store like the plague."

"7-19-2023 @ 11 am - went to DXL for a ''measurement'' / shirt. the woman , ARI , could not have been more helpful . she epitomizes ' CUSTOMER SERVICE' - knows her inventory / makes/ models. she opened a brand new shirt to try it on for fit- never had that done before. it was a very good experience - I will return to this DXL . thank you.
