"Buyer beware! Ordered kitchen cabinets from Harder Kitchen & Bath and could not be more disappointed with the lack of professionalism or customer support after cabinets were delivered and multiple design flaws were discovered. Since we used an independent contractor for installation, Harder was paid in full upon delivery. When my husband and I contacted Christ Harder about the issues he was defensive and refused to come remeasure the area to help us find a resolution for all of the issues. Construction delays, poor kitchen design, throwing cabinets away, and having to go through another kitchen and bath merchant to fix their mistakes, and after wanting my dream kitchen we now have to live with a brand new kitchen that we are very unhappy with. Shady business practices and no regard for customer satisfaction or taking ownership of their design mistakes. Consider yourself warned, I would never want anyone else to ever go through what happened to us. My biggest regret with my home remodel was ever stepping into this business."

"Buyer beware!!! Hired Harder Kitchens & Bath to remodel my kitchen... what a big mistake!!! They were great to deal with until they got my money. They turned into a "my way or the highway" attitude. The contractors they hired did NOT do professional work, not even quality work. Installed a cabinet upside down, drilled cabinet door handles in the wrong location, tons of caulk to hide the awful seams on the crown moldings, damaged my brand new range, damaged the recessed lights THEY installed, the new sheet rocked ceiling was a disaster. The holes for the recessed lights were cut too large and they tried to hide it by filling the gaps with caulk. What a nightmare of an experience!!! At first, they refused to repair anything! I almost got into a fist fight with the owner Chris because he told my wife to "shut up". His father then threw him out of my house! After threatening to take them to court they had the range repaired, refunded me some money and I hired a different company to replace all the crown moldings, redo the ceiling and replace all (10) recessed lights. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Consider yourself warned!!"
