Yogibo

"Do not go to this place. Chris charged my card over $100 more then he said he was going to when I origianlly purched the pieces. HE'S A SNEAK!!! He claimed he wanted to help me, but had memory loss and reversed the conversation. He should not have a job with Yogibo. Beware of this guy!!! This company sells you floor models and charge you full price without your knowledge. I would never buy a floor model and he didn't want to hear it when I called to complain one of the pieces came wrapped in plastic and was worn. He got nasty when I was questioning the purchase order and I complained it was a floor model. He hung up twice when I asked to speak to a manager. He told me he was the manager and to call customer service he has nothing else to say and I was being insulting. When I was in the store to buy the pieces last week, he told me he had to go in the back to speak to his manager. If Yogibo allows this fibbing, I highly recommend staying away from the Store in The Westchester in White Plains NY Yogibo should fire this guy immediately. He's a disgrace to the establishment"

"This store was very bright, cheerful and inviting. The employee, Chris, was great. He knew the product and how to present it, so he made the sale. The store wasn't even on my radar. You must wear a mask and they have sanitizer around. This is good because the seats are hands on. You can touch and sit on everything. Sanitation in this store is a must. There is a store like this closer to me, but I'd come back to this one. I'm sure all the employees are good, but if you go...I hope you get Chris."
