"Never had worse experience for a pool closing .literally just had the pool closed 3 hours ago . Nobody notified me or gave me a heads up on what time they were coming . They “closed the pool” using the wrong cover that was stored in my shed and broken even tho I left new cover in the back yard and everything else they needed in THE BACKYARD. They left my shed doors open where I store my landscaping equipment on a rainy day and the stuff inside got soaked . They left my hose in the middle of the yard without even caring to put it back they way the found it . This shows how little they care about customers since the closed my pool with a ripped cover and they didn’t even care to call me and ask me if I even knew it was broken!! Payed little over $300 for this . Will never use this company ever again . Ps: horrible customer service . Nobody answers the phone or care enough to try to help you out .gotta wait up to 72 hours for a call back."

"We contracted with Teddy Bear Pools for purchase and installation of an inground pool. We had issues throughout the entire process in all areas - including design/layout, construction, equipment and startup ( location of equipment, wrong equipment delivered, pool loosing water after startup). Communications were challenging, and they failed to listen to our concerns or take them seriously. At times, members of their team spoke to us very unprofessionally and downright nasty. We had done business with Teddy Bear Pools for many years prior but will never do so again."

"Teddy Bear Pools is the best. 10 years ago, I bought a used Esther Williams pool. The size is 23’X50”. Turns our EW only made this pool for 2 years. Teddy Bear is the only company that I was able to find that acknowledged EW ever made a pool this size and they stock the liners for it. I have purchased 3 liners From Teddy Bear for EW pools and Teddy Bear is the only store I will ever buy a liner from. Brian in parts is extremely knowledgeable and friendly."

"This was our first summer in a our new house and the pool needed a lot of work. We received 3 quotes and choose Teddy Bear Pools to do the work. From the day we signed off on the quote to the day they closed the pool at the end of the season we had an excellent experience. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations and the customer service was fantastic. It is obvious that JoAnn and her installers take pride in their work and it showed in all aspects of the liner replacement, new stairs to the finished product. JoAnn was extremely helpful in the entire process and genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible, she is great! Ted the owner even gave me a call to make sure I was getting treated well. I thought that was a nice touch. The guys on site were a pleasure, were always very responsive to any questions and cleaned up the construction area everyday.
