"Excellent service. The store manager Joe went way above and beyond to resolve an issue with my Jacuzzi order placed with another store then set me up with a prompt delivery and repair of a minor leak. He also researched and found me a marvelous four step platform with railing for ease of entry into and out of the Jacuzzi. It matches the beautiful black and gray acrylic tub perfectly. His showroom is spacious and immaculate, including the bathroom. There is a wide range of products for pools and hot tubs. Even if you don’t live in North Haven, believe me, the extra drive, is well worth the effort. The manager is very knowledgeable and also makes himself available by phone. I strongly recommend this business and congratulate Joe on the fantastic job he is doing as manager."

Store is clean and has wide aisles for easy browsing, it’s well stocked, and the parking lot is large and in great shape. They even help you carry your purchases out to your car, wow !!! "OMG, I love this place! I traveled all the way from Orange CT to visit this place in a hunt for a much needed automatic pool cleaner. We were met by Morgan who was super awesome and instantly made me feel part of the family although we were in a pool store (WOW) . She helped get us to Ben as she was assisting other customers at a very busy time. Ben asked as few questions and immediately knew what I was looking for. He grabbed one for me and brought it up to the counter. While doing so he pointed out some other items I forgot I needed and got them for me. +1 experience for sure. Joe, the manager was assisting other customers but once he was done he was sure to make his way over and introduce himself and provide additional help. If you are a local your blessed to have them and if your not you'll be thankful you made the trip. Good prices, great people well worth the trip.
