"From the first day that my husband and I stepped into Brothers 3 Pools Storefront, Dan Levine took us by the hand and walked us through every step of the process of installing an in-ground pool and creating an Outdoor Oasis. We couldn’t have undertaken this overwhelming project without Dan’s support, guidance and advocacy! Dan was kind, patient, thorough, and detailed, when educating us on everything we needed to know about Pool installations, and backyard projects (pavers, outdoor kitchens, waterfalls for our pool, etc…), allowing us to make well-informed decisions! Dan stood by Brothers 3 Pool’s work and by their recommendations for different services. We decided to go with Companies from the list of recommendations that Dan provided us with - since we were confident with Brothers 3 Pools, we were confident with our choices for the Permit Expeditor, Electrician, and Paver Company. This made it so much easier to get everyone on board with our pool installation and backyard projects. Dan worked collaboratively with these Companies and communicated with them, and with us, on a regular basis, thus facilitating the progress of our pool installation. When we had a small issue with one Company and communicated our concerns to Dan, he was immediately on top of it, taking responsibility for the issue and taking care of what needed to be done. We were not left stranded with an unresolved problem. When Mother Nature came through with a major rain storm that flooded our whole neighborhood, just at the very beginning of our pool Installation, we experienced problems with flooding of our property, including our backyard, near and around our pool. We called Dan in a panic, not knowing what, if anything, was going to happen to our pool. He reassured us that he would take care of any problems that may occur from our flooding. He told us that we were not alone, he had our back, and we did not have to worry- he was on it. Dan sent one of his workers to our house at 10pm at night, in the pouring rain, to assess the situation. We are thrilled with Brother’s 3 Pools, their staff, expertise, workmanship, integrity and the pride they take in their Company! They demonstrate genuine caring and concern for their customers and truly value their customers’ opinions about their Company. We are so very happy with our new pool. We are thrilled with the way everything came out, and we are thrilled with the Customer Service of Brothers 3 Pools. Our experiences were nothing but positive when working with Dan, our mentor and advocate! I’m extremely happy that we chose the Radiant in-ground pool, and that we purchased an outdoor kitchen BBQ from Brothers 3 Pools, as well! "What can I say about Brothers 3 Pools…they are superstars! From the moment I walked into the store and spoke with Christine I knew I made the right choice and was in good hands. She was knowledgeable in every aspect, throughly explained everything in detail and didn’t try to "sell" me on anything I didn’t want or need. She was always available by phone or email and not once did I feel she ever dodged or avoided me in any way. I had a few things I wanted to do differently throughout the process, Christine was always there for me saying "No problem, we can change this or do that." The manufacturer of my lighting system did not include a remote handset and she had one delivered to me the next day. Little things like that mean a lot. The contractors Brothers 3 recommends, were like no other contractor I’ve dealt with. They were always honest, on time and dependable. They worked full days. If they said they’d be there, they’d be there and if they couldn’t be there for one reason or another (one time) they let me know in advance. I wish the rating system had more stars. Brothers 3 Pools is a 10 star experience in every way. Other pool companies must feel sadness and shame because there’s no way they could be this good. "Brothers3 was great from start to finish; From The Staff in the showroom, excavator, and electricians. We had a small hiccup and it was taken care of immediately and corrected. We are thrilled with construction and all involved. Our last step is brickwork and will be complete by mid September. We we are looking forward to the finished pool"

"When we first sat down to inquire about a pool, our salesman Jim was extremely knowledgeable. He helped us pick the right pool for us. We bought the pool last summer to have it installed in March. The installation went smoothly, although one valve wasn’t initially installed. Brother’s 3 quickly remedied the situation. Craig and his wife Jennifer, family members of ownership, were extremely attentive to whatever I needed. I even had my motor blow over the summer, maybe some kind of surge, and they replaced it for me. I would highly recommend buying a pool from this company."
