"Bought a pair of Uggs for my daughter for Christmas. They priced $25 higher than MSRP and any other store. I asked about return policy because they were a Christmas gift and I wasn’t 100% sure they would fit, and they assured I could return after Christmas for store credit. What they failed to mention is that I only had 7 days after Christmas to make the return and past that date they will not take a return, even for store credit. They were not pleasant and seemed annoyed that I would even attempt. Be aware of the prices and be sure you absolutely want what you are buying as there is effectively no return policy unless you immediately return."
"The sales associates lie to get a sale. I got sandals in the summer that they said were very comfortable and popular, and I got scars within 20 minutes of wearing them. I still have the scars over six months later. On black Friday, I bought a pair of boots because a sales associate told me they were waterproof. Now they have water stains from light flurries. Pissed would be an understatement."
