The facility includes two barns with 25 stalls, indoor and outdoor riding rings, a round pen, wash rack, heated viewing room, and bathroom. There are also six large grass turn out paddocks for the horses. Vining Hill Equestrian Center is open 7 days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and offers expert boarding, training, riding lessons, and a summer horse program.

Boarding at Vining Hill Equestrian Center includes 25 matted 12x12 box stalls with individual run-outs. The center offers horseback riding lessons for beginners through advanced levels for both adults and children. They also work with unbroken or green broke horses, as well as horses with training problems or bad habits. Therapeutic horseback riding is available for individuals with disabilities to gain independence and self-confidence.

All school horses at Vining Hill Equestrian Center are for sale, and lessons or a lease program are offered for those interested in "test driving" a potential horse for suitability.
