"I guess seeking medication to make oneself feel better is such a stigma even the Pharmacist in Southwick has a hard time providing for people in need. It's a shame this pharmacy is allowed to run as poorly as it is."

"They are all power tripping knowing we need our medication and they are in control. Was there physically in person. That means it should take them 15 mins because people who go there are the priority. I went at 10:30 and the Pharmacist herself had the nerve to tell me to come back at 2:00 pm. They literally withhold medication."

"Prescription refill was suppose to be ready on Saturday. Waited in line for 45 minutes only to be told it wouldn't be ready until Sunday. Called before coming out Sunday, was told it would be ready by 2. Then got a call saying they wouldn't be refilling it. The pharmacist literally said she "knows better than your doctor" and refused to fill it because she didn't like what it was prescribed for. Then said "too bad - I'm the boss" and hung up. Upon going into the store and pointing out state law requiring her to refill the doctor's prescription, she then said "your doctor doesn't know what he's talking about and I'm not filling it because I said so and if you don't leave I'm calling the cops". MA law requires she fill the doctor's prescription. Unfortunately she's decided that her politics take precedence over someone who actually knows what they're doing. She should be terminated and lose her license. Don't ever use this store."

"This CVS is fantastic! Always extremely well stocked, organized and having everything I need. More importantly, the staff is so wonderful. I never thought I’d write a review for a CVS but when you really receive above and beyond service, it makes it worth it! The store manager is really genuine and makes the store feel like a local store. He is happy to help with replacements and your bags if you need it. Really excellent customer service all around. Keep up the great work and thank you for being a great store in our community! Thank you!"

"Most polite and helpful customer service reps I've ever encountered!:) Thank you so much for your ongoing friendliness and attentiveness! My pharmacy for prescriptions is the Granby CVS, cos it's closer, but everything else-I come to my fave CVS, even though it's a longer drive:). I wanted to maybe make this location my go-to place for prescriptions but after reading reviews, I decided not to for now. It's sad to see how the pharmacy staff ruins it for the whole entire store:(."
