"I came into this store with very low expectations due to my past experiences with Verizon customer service being less than helpful. Jon greeted me genuinely and engaged me in actual conversation. He listened to my issue and apologized on behalf of Verizon (what!) for my previous customer service experiences. He took the time to help (and didn’t make me feel rushed or less important than other customers coming in) and was able to resolve my issue which would have had me on the phone for over an hour transferred 10x to different people (we all know how it goes!) I highly recommend coming into this store instead of just calling the 800 number and asking for Jon if you need help. He was direct, efficient professional and pleasant to speak to."
