"I was recently shopping at this location, found super good deals, that’s why I am rating a 3 but during this visit, Jay( Manager) here was super rude and unprofessional. Young mindset, tried to engage in a argument about something either she or another individual done, Mix matched shoes in a box, the sizes were different, once I made it known to her, She almost immediately began to give me a attitude, I told her I thought she was being rude and then for what? I was Questioning why There was two different sizes of shoes that were marked final sale, btw, which means once purchased you won’t be able to return.. Mixed up in the box…Anyhow common sense should’ve kicked in or even the moral side of her but nope straight ghetto and unprofessional, And they ( Whomever) had the audacity to give this chick a manager role, I would seriously be rethinking this… Customer service should be within and then put into practice while dealing with the public."

"I have been shopping at madrag for years new employees don't stay long the manager kept staring at me everytime I would walk in and it made me uncomfortable their clothes are really cheap but they seem to fall apart at the seams I buy bras there and in one wash the wire comes out I can't afford to go anywhere else so I don't have much of a choice"

"It's great store have a great prices good variety but when u buy something they return policy said not money back even if u have the receipt just store credit it's not fair bcuz if u dont need it nothing or dont see nothing u like it or fix or even u need the money to buy it somewhere else u be obligated to expend ur money just with them so when u buy something just make sure u wanted its fix u and dont remove the ticket bcuz otherwise u lost u money bcuz no even exchange its allowed."

"Came in here for a body suit, and noticed the alarms position on the clothing item initially didn’t let you try the item on (relatively new since 90% of stores let you try on bodysuits, baiting suits, etc). I asked the cashier if there was a way to remove and reposition the alarm so I can try the clothing item on, she went to a manager to ask and the customer service I received was POOR. The manager came out with a MISERABLE NASTY ATTITUDE & asked “what’s the problem?!!” To begin with, I didn’t even ask for a manager, I asked the associate the question! If you’re that miserable, quit. No one wants to be assisted by a miserable employee that can’t live up to a “Management” position."
