"It's Burlington a hit or miss place. If you see something you like buy it because it will be gone when you come back. Mostly it's organized racks but there are a lot of clothing mixed with other racks around the store."

"I have not been in the store recently but seeing the pictures of the messy areas is sad. I don't blame the workers since every store is understaffed due to worker shortage. Now, people would rather stay at home than work for a living. I blame the customers for not having common decency and either allow children or themselves to trash public places. Very sad as to what is happening to this country!"

"a store with lots of potential, but seriously understaffed. i used to go to the one next to the wtc in nyc and it was always great. i recently went to the one around danbury and that was very nice. this store seems like they either can't get good staff (maybe low paying job for all the work involved) or retain staff for this store. it obviously gets a lot of foot traffic. edit: I do hope burlington can continue to obtain/retain good staff. burlington is a great store to get good prices."

"Wow, is so sad to see this Burlington like this, so unorganized, employees not dressed properly, the place is a mess, the customer service do not exist! I bought many items and was told there was not bags, neither plastic or paper, I was like “how I might suppose to carry all this in a mall?” The employee totally ignored me and call the next person in line. I remember how nice this place used to be a few years ago, the employees all wear black, the store was neatly stocked, there was enough employees to help, today I was around 45 minutes on the line. This place need either to be fixed or closed. Would never return or recommend to anyone to go."

"If I could give this Burlington a 0 star review I would . This has been by far the worst experience I've had at Burlington, and it was my first time at the Waterbury location. It was so disorganized, they had absolutely no carts for shopping . My mother in law and I had to drag all our items across the store and then when I asked an employee, why there were no shopping carts , she rolled her eyes and gave me an attitude as she said " they've been ordered and I have no clue when they will come , I just work here ." It was like a war zone , I actually got a headache in this place . The only nice person was our register guy , he even helped us with all of our merchandise down to the vehicle. I then had to go back up to return a garbage can that was broken . I could go on for days about my experience, but just not going back there again ."
