"Loved this gym! It has a variety of everything here. I was impressed to see the raquetball courts, pool and different workout rooms aside from all the cardio equipment, free weights and other gym equipment. I am definitely impressed and will join when I move back to town."

"My fiancé has had a membership here for years. The whole point of her membership is that it's the only local gym that has a pool. Their pool has been closed for the majority of the past year. In fact it's been closed more often than open. They won't give her a partial refund of her money (I don't think this is unreasonable as the pool is the main reason she goes there). If you're advertising a pool, and it's part of your membership fee, why is so hard to get a partial refund? To top it off, they've given her an attitude at the desk when she asks about the pool not being open/fixed and tell her if she doesn't like it to contact corporate. Their solution is for her to drive to another LA Fitness. This isn't conducive to her schedule. I've never heard of such a place with such poor customer service."

"Very kind and understanding staff. Plenty of machines, great variety; and they have instructions on almost every machine. Also has a beautiful Crossfit and other forms of training areas. Interactive classes and swimming + sauna. GREAT for training, especially if you need squat rack and bench. Good amount of Bumpers for training. Hard to find other gyms in the area but this location has everything. Great staff and layout, Really appreciate being able to train heavy and do REAL lifting apart from the many machines."

"Refreshing and Relaxing Experience at LA Fitness First and foremost, the pool at LA Fitness is without a doubt one of the standout features of this gym. It was well-maintained and spacious, providing ample room for both leisurely swims and more intensive workout sessions. Also, as a regular sauna-goer, I can confidently say that this gym offers one of the hottest saunas I have ever experienced. Aside from the exceptional amenities, one of the remarkable aspects of LA Fitness is its staff. From the moment I entered the gym, the friendly and attentive staff members greeted me with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. They were always available to answer any questions and assist with anything I needed. Their dedication to creating a welcoming and positive environment was truly commendable. Definitely recommend this gym!"
