And the the surrounding and bathroom is impeccable and clean. Staff friendly and warm. Great place to take your children or host a birthday party."

"Took our kids here today and less than 10 minutes in, the fire alarm went off. The short-haired brunette working the register said that it happens all the time, but we don’t feel comfortable letting our kids play while a fire alarm is blaring and the sound of the alarm was scaring them. I took the kids to the car and my husband asked if we could get passes for another day, since we paid $40 for less than 10 minutes of play time. The girl was extremely rude and refused to give her name or the managers name to discuss the issue further after refusing a refund or passes for another day. Will absolutely not return & will be 100% disputing the charge with our bank."
