"Ordered a necklace from the website and the shipping label says it came from this Zales store. Got delivered and it had literally NO protection inside the box, when I took the piece it out the necklace was literally hanging halfway outside the box lid and the chain was knotted. Not to mention the box itself was paper, not the quality boxes you get in store. Only have 2 stars because of fast shipping, but I’d rather wait extra shipping time to ensure my piece is protected and intact than thrown together."
