After creating the design and ordering the lab diamond, the communication about the fabrication and shipping process was very clear. The shipping to Europe was fast, secure and without any trouble. The only downside of ordering to Europe is that resizing isn't included in the service. The ring was a bit too big, but our local jeweler adjusted it easily and confirmed the quality of the ring and diamond."
