"I was hesitant at first because getting my 6 yr old son a haircut is literally the most stressful thing I try to avoid doing at all costs. Tammy however, was INCREDIBLE! a daunting task that usually takes a torturous 1 hr to cut my autistic son’s hair, took maybe 25 minutes. She was kind , quick and efficient. I am soooo happy we went and she now has a forever customer with my family."

"Sometimes I come here and have great experiences, when I brought my son, we left with a haircut we weren't happy with and the hairdresser mad at me (with quite a bit of attitude). Despite my own positive experiences, I cannot return knowing how poorly they'll treat me if I don't love the haircut."

"Fortunately, I was refunded for the two haircuts I paid for. My two children, 10 and 8, received the worst hack job haircuts I have ever seen. Was flabbergasted when they took the cape off and said they were done. Had the manager attempted to save one of the haircuts, but her skill only worsened the situation. I am very upset with the results. A simple refund was not even close enough to rectify the situation."

"Used the app for the first time and pre-registered (though they call it something else.) It's a nice feature as I was shopping next door when a text came through with a 15 minute notice. We walked over and were served in less than 5 minutes. Kiddo got a great haircut. Good job, as always."

"I don’t like to leave bad reviews. I don’t want anyone to get in trouble. But if you are alt, please don’t go here. I usually cut my own hair because I’m someone that likes very “out there” styles. But I was feeling lazy and decided to have someone else cut it for once. I wanted my mullet trimmed and my bangs cut into a typical goth V shape. The stylist repeatedly asked me if that’s what I really wanted and it took a lot of coaxing to get her in the right direction. And the entire time I was in the chair she was making comments about how different and interesting my choices were. I have never felt more uncomfortable at a haircut. In the end it wasn’t what I wanted but I really didn’t want to stay any longer so I left. I ended up going home and cutting it myself. If you’re going for an average haircut, I’m sure this location is great. But if you are alt of any variety, be that goth or whatever else, I would stay away."
