"Polls plus came and took the cover off of my pool put in 6 ounces of algicide and two things of shock and said I was all set. They didn’t vacuum it didn’t get any leaves out. I did not get in my pool one time this summer because it was full of leaves and algae water that they put in when they took the cover off. I would not recommend this company to anybody if I can give them. Zero stars, I would. I was charged $450 and never got in my pool once all summer because I was fighting to get all the leaves off of the bottom."

"Extremely disappointed with this place. It is our first summer in a new home and first time pool owners. Their tech came out on Friday June 24th and we asked if the pool could be ready by July 4th. Dude said absolutely no problem, he added some chemicals and said let it sit over the weekend and to follow up the following week. We called into the office on Tuesday and the lady answering the phone sounded annoyed / inconvenienced / unhappy with her station in life. She could not tell us what the tech had added to our pool, what steps we should take next, or when and if the tech would be returning. Repeated messages left to the office on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday went unanswered. Don't know how this place stays in business at this pace."

I can't say enough for the customer service they all provide Ana Maria and their people are consistently knowledgeable and focused on customer service. My new liner looks fantastic thank you so much.
