"I heard good a reocmmendation but the communication is horrendous! If you get through the long hold, there is a receptionist who will take your name and number, but no one will call you back. Upon following up, another long hold was told that they see the message but because there was only make and model of car, no VIN# no one called me back? why is that required before even knowing IF they do this type of work let alone if I want them to do it! Another review stated that after an issue with their repair they were still not allowed to speak with Pete. I realize they're busy but there is not one garage I called so far where I couldn't interact with the mechanic who could understand the issue and explain my options before moving forward. Do not recommend. Also, 2 receptionists = higher prices. They might be ok for making basic routine appointments, but are unable to discuss mechanics, therefore if you can't speak to a mechanic once never having gone there how would you know if they can help you or you even want them to?"
